Lead Pastor
Meet Chip
Pastor Chip has been a pastor for over 30 years in South Dakota, Minnesota, and North Dakota. He and his family moved to North Dakota in 2017. His wife Kim is a 2nd Grade Teacher at Bismarck Public Schools. They have four kids; Lindsey, who is working and living in Bismarck. Drew, who is finishing college and working in Bismarck. Jayden, who attends BSC. Zander who is finishing High School.
In their spare time they love being on or near the water, being outside, playing family games, escape rooms, playing sports, and watching the Kansas City Chiefs!
Michael Barry
Associate Pastor
Meet Michael
Pastor Mike loves God and loves people. The Lord has been directing him and his family for well over ten years, carrying them through college, the military, seminary, church ministry, the development of a family hydraulics business, and -currently- as Associate Pastor at Engage. Michael also leads of our student ministry.
Michael and Ashley have three daughters, Evelyn (9), Amara (6) and Elyana (2). His wife Ashley encourages and empowers others as a personal trainer at Mandan’s YMCA Wellness Center and at Dickinson’s West River Community Center. She also homeschools their girls and functions as Michael’s second brain.
In their free time, Michael and Ashley love hiking, biking, jiu jitsu, cross-fit, board games, and reading like there’s no tomorrow.
Pedro Cayalo
Associate Pastor
Meet Pedro
Pedro loves worship. When he has downtime or needs to relax, playing piano or guitar are his go to! He also loves soccer and exploring nature. Pedro was born in Costa Rica, moved to Bolivia, but has been in the US for more than 10 years. He has served at multiple churches as Worship Leader, Youth Leader, and as Lead Pastor. Pedro is bi-lingual and has served in both Spanish and English speaking congregations. He met Denisse while living in Dallas and they did long distance relationship for more than a year. They got married on Dec. of 2023 and have been with us since then. They love to spend their free time playing board games and sharing a good meal with friends. Denisse is a big support for Pedro in ministry and together they desire to inspire couples and families to reflect God’s love in all areas of society.
Selomit Zoller
Spanish Pastor
Meet Selomit
Selomit is from Bolivia and has a passion for serving God and helping people to grow in their relationship with Jesus.
Andrew & Selomit have been married for over 10 years and they have 3 children Asher, Josiah & Grace. Her husband is the president at Rock 30 games and has been a great support in the ministry.
As family they enjoy traveling, fishing in the summer, playing board games and hanging out with friends.
Casey Boehm

Meet Casey
Since leading worship in youth group as a teen, Casey has had a deep passion for leading people into worship and serving God in any way he can.
Casey works at a Power Plant and enjoys being outside, softball & working in the garage in his spare time. He is married to Emily and they have three children, Kailey, Theo, and Cooper!
Peyton Seay
NextGen Pastor
Meet Peyton
Peyton has felt a calling to impact the lives of students with the Gospel since his sophomore year in high school. He began preaching and teaching to adults and students as a high school student in his hometown of Fredericksburg, Va. Peyton received his MDIV from Gardner-Webb Divinity School and has spent time doing college ministry as well as being a Children and Youth Pastor in Charlotte, NC for three and a half years. He and his wife Taylor have three beautiful kids: Mirah, Jackson, and Theo. Life with three under three has its challenges
, but they are soaking up all the blessings that come with little kids. When he’s not spending time with his family, you can find Peyton watching his favorite sports teams (Liverpool, OKC, Braves, and the Commanders), watching a good movie, or playing with their dog Ozzie.
